  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier service coverage in certain remote locations.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and shipping details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
  • If the customer is unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Delight Watches will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
  • Any concerns regarding shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
